By the sea, for the sea

Built for those who arrive by water.

Moro Beach Stupe sits on its own island in a turquoise lagoon, a short crossing from Korčula, Lumbarda and Orebić. There is no road here. Guests come by yacht, by tender, by taxi boat, and the island stays calm because of it.

  • Reached only by seaArrive on your own boat, or let us send one. The crossing is part of the day.
  • A lagoon to yourselfClear shallows for swimming and snorkelling, rocks to jump from, a swing over the sea.
  • A full day, not an hourSunbeds from late morning, a long lunch, the show at golden hour, then the sunset.
The perfect day

One island, one unhurried day.

Moro is built for the long version of a day out. This is how the best ones unfold, from the first crossing to the last boat home.

01

Arrive by water

Cross from Korčula, Lumbarda or Orebić in around fifteen minutes. The approach into the lagoon is the moment the day changes gear.

02

Settle on the beach

Claim a sunbed on the rocks or a lazy bag by the water. Swim the clear shallows, jump from the rocks, take the swing out over the sea.

Cocktails by the water

A spritz or a properly made cocktail with your feet almost in the sea, while lunch is still a happy hour away.

A long, late lunch

Whole fish and lobster from the grill, big shared pans, Dalmatian classics and local wine. Unhurried, the way the island intends.

The golden-hour show

As the light softens, the performers take the deck. Dancers, acrobats and live music against open water and Pelješac.

Dinner as the sun drops

Tables turn to face the sunset for the best hour of the day. This is the sunset dining the island is loved for: copper light, a saxophone, dinner by the water.

The island after dark

After dark the deck turns into a party: a DJ takes over, the cocktails keep coming, and the island belongs to whoever stayed. Let the last boat be the late one.

The show the island is known for.

All summer, Moro is a stage. Dancers, acrobats and live performers move through the day and build to a golden-hour peak, a spectacle you feel as much as watch, set against open water and the peaks of Pelješac. It is the reason a day here so often turns into a night.

From the island grill

Adriatic seafood, cooked simply and seriously.

Everything that reaches your table crossed the water to get here. Whole fresh fish and lobster from the grill, a raw bar, and Dalmatian classics, paired with wines from Korčula and Pelješac. Island cooking with a fine-dining hand.

An island with no road and no shortcuts. You arrive by water, and the crossing is part of the day: a place that stays apart from the day-trip crowd, kept for the people who make it out here.
